The Building division is responsible for ensuring that buildings are safe by reviewing plans and inspecting construction for compliance with the adopted building codes.

Do I need a permit?

If you have any questions about whether a permit is needed, please call our office at 512-352-3675 to be sure before you start work. If you start work without a permit and a permit is required, you may be subject to fines.
