Pierce Park Skatepark

Pierce Park is located at  326 Porter St.
Pierce Park opened in December 2017. The park partly funded a grant from the Texas Parks and Wildlife Foundation and Certificates of Obligation bonds. Chisum Pierce donated the land for the park to honor his late father, Lieutenant Commander Thomas Floyd Pierce. In addition, Project LOOP raised significant funds for the park with their 50/50 initiative.
