(The Consent Agenda includes non-controversial and routine items that the Council may act on with one single vote. The Mayor or a Council member may pull any item from the Consent Agenda in order that the Council discuss and act upon it individually as part of the Regular agenda.)

1.      Minutes from January 23, 2007.  (Susan Brock). 

2.      Ordinance 2007-3, Specific Use Permit for Flyrite Choppers.

3.      Proclamation celebrating February as Black History Month.  (Mayor)

4.      Consider comprehensive annual financial report for 2005-2006 fiscal year.  (Rose Dennis)

5.      Consider License Agreement L07-1 between the City and John and Theresa Kiernann to allow encroachment into public right of way of structure located at 433 Annie.  (Bob vanTil)

6.      Consider accepting public improvements for Sirloin Stockade.  (Bob vanTil)

7.      Consider Water Tower Lease Agreement with T-Mobile Texas, L.P.  (Jim Dunaway)

8.      Consider award of bid for janitorial services for city facilities.  (Lisa Thompson)

9.      Consider request from Taylor Jaycees for use of Murphy Park Pavilion.  (Jim Dunaway)

10.  Consider Resolution R07-3 authorizing a contract and joint agreement with the Williamson County Elections Division for election services for May 12, 2007 election.  (Susan Brock)

11.  Consider establishing rental rates for the end hangars of the new E hangars at Taylor Municipal Airport.  (Bob vanTil)

12.  Consider Texas State Lead Leaking Petroleum Storage Tank (LPST) Access Agreement between the City of Taylor and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.  (Jim Dunaway)

13.  Discuss establishing Legislative Agenda. (Bob vanTil)

The Council may vote and/or act upon each of the items listed in this Agenda.  The Council reserves the right to retire into executive session concerning any of the items listed on this Agenda, whenever it is considered necessary and legally justified under the Open Meetings Act.  I certify that the notice of meeting was posted in the Taylor City Hall Lobby before 6:00 pm on February 2, 2007 and remained posted for at least 72 continuous hours before the scheduled time of said meeting.  I further certify that the following news media was notified of this meeting:  Taylor Daily Press.
