hearing on a request from Chisum Pierce, property owner, to rezone property
located at 200 E 4th Street, legally described as City of Taylor Addition, Block 14, Lots 3-12, 1-2 (w/pts), 1.42 acres, from B-1 Local Business to
B-2 General Business.
4. ZC-07-02 Review and make
recommendation on a request from Chisum Pierce, property owner, to rezone

recommendation on a request from Bill Lockhart, property owner, to rezone
property located in the 4100 block of US 79, legally described as 5 acres out
of the W.M. Kincaid Survey A-373, from B-1 and R-1 to B-2.
7. PC-07-12 Review and take
action on a final plat and request for a variance from the requirements for
wastewater connection and sidewalk construction submitted by Eddie Jinkins,
property owner, for property at 2609 Old Thorndale Road, legally described as a
2.48 acre tract in the Francis Bradley Survey, Abstract No. 74, City of Taylor,
Williamson County, Texas.
