Class Description
In a master swim class, participants can expect a structured workout that includes a combination of drills, intervals, and distance swimming. The focus may vary depending on the specific goals of the class and the needs of the swimmers, but common areas of emphasis include stroke mechanics (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly), flip turns, starts, endurance training, and speed work.
Must be able to swim 100m continuously (2 laps or 4 lengths) non-stop to join. Club membership fees must be paid to instructor on first day of class.

Come meet the coaches, purchase your club membership, and ask questions. This will be your chance to swim 100m continuously to see if you can swim the distance required to join the program.
